Megalabs is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Latin America, operating in over 20 countries and employing more than 8,000 people across the region. With its industrial and R&D hub located in a world-class science park, the company combines research, manufacturing, and commercialization of high-quality medicines under strict international standards.

The Challenge

1. Discovery

In collaboration with HR consultants and Megalabs' corporate team, we conducted an in-depth process mapping exercise. This resulted in a comprehensive understanding of structures, decision flows, and regional differences—laying the foundation for a scalable solution.

2. Design

The system design began with detailed wireframes and evolved into a complete design system—a cohesive set of UI/UX principles, reusable components, and visual patterns that ensure consistency across all modules and interfaces. This allowed for efficient feature development and a seamless user experience across countries.

3. Development

EVA was built as a modular, web-based platform with full support for multi-country, multi-company operations. One of the system's key differentiators is its ability to synchronize payroll and HR data from each subsidiary's local systems into a unified, centralized view—eliminating the need for manual uploads or format conversions.
