Megalabs is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Latin America, operating in over 20 countries and employing more than 8,000 people across the region. In collaboration with HR consultants and Megalabs' corporate team, we conducted an in-depth process mapping exercise. This resulted in a comprehensive understanding of structures, decision flows, and regional differences—laying the foundation for a scalable solution.
2. Design
The system design began with detailed wireframes and evolved into a complete design system—a cohesive set of UI/UX principles, reusable components, and visual patterns that ensure consistency across all modules and interfaces. This allowed for efficient feature development and a seamless user experience across countries.
3. Development
EVA was built as a modular, web-based platform with full support for multi-country, multi-company operations. One of the system's key differentiators is its ability to synchronize payroll and HR data from each subsidiary's local systems into a unified, centralized view—eliminating the need for manual uploads or format conversions.
