The Challenge

The previous process involved several critical inefficiencies: truck drivers often arrived without having completed payment, causing delays and denied access; late returns of containers lacked automated controls or alerts; payments were made via bank transfers and manually reconciled; invoices were generated at the end of each day with no integration to the ERP system.
